Zoll Pedi-Padz II Defibrillator Pads - Paediatric

The ZOLL Pedi-padz II Infant and Child Defibrillator Pads are paediatric electrodes designed for treating children under 8 years old or weighing less than 25kg. These defib pads allow compatible ZOLL defibrillators to recognise that paediatric electrodes are connected and adjust treatment accordingly.

Clear anatomical diagrams on the packaging help responders position the pads correctly during an emergency.

Paediatric defibrillator pads

When Pedi-padz II are connected to a compatible ZOLL AED, the defibrillator recognises the paediatric electrodes and switches from its adult to paediatric heart rhythm analysis algorithm.

The AED also reduces the delivered energy to provide treatment appropriate for a paediatric patient.

Compatible ZOLL defibrillators

The ZOLL Pedi-padz II defibrillator pads are designed for use with compatible ZOLL AED Plus Fully Automatic and Semi-automatic Defibrillators. 

They are suitable for children under 8 years old or weighing less than 25kg. Adult defibrillator pads are recommended for patients over 25kg.

2-year shelf life

ZOLL Pedi-padz II have a 2-year shelf life, allowing an in-date set to be stored alongside a compatible AED ready for paediatric emergencies.

The defib pads are single-use and should be replaced after use or when they reach their expiry date.
