Delivery

We know that delivery is rarely simple; however, with Seal Medical, it is!

  • Free delivery on orders over £99.99 + VAT
  • *Certain products include delivery within the product price. Where this applies, the standard free delivery offer does not apply
  • £8.50 + VAT delivery on orders under £99.99 + VAT, subject to the terms below

We only deliver to the UK mainland, and all standard products are estimated to be delivered within 1-2 working days.

*Given the challenges relating to COVID-19, Brexit and broader supply chain disruptions, your item may be impacted in terms of lead time, so please enquire with our team.

Lead times & costs

Special purchase items will be ordered for you; occasionally, these have an extended lead time and may be subject to an additional return cost. Please note: Certain items, like fridges, treatment couches and other branded lines, may take longer than 5 working days to arrive. If so, we will let you know. Please note that large items such as treatment couches will incur postal charges due to them being non-standard items. Please get in touch with the team as advised.

Next Day Delivery

We advise that all items are ordered in plenty of time prior to being required, given the nature of supply chains. However, we are proud to offer next-day delivery with select products.

Next-day delivery terms and conditions will be specified in relation to the specific item purchased, where applicable (e.g. Order before a specified hour).

However, all next-day deliveries are subject to delays outside of our control. Whilst Seal Medical Supplies Ltd and partners shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make next-day deliveries in a commercially reasonable manner, delivery dates and estimates are not guaranteed. We therefore disclaim any liability or responsibility, and the Buyer shall hold Seal Medical harmless, for the late or non-delivery of Product. Buyer has no right to delay or defer delivery or acceptance.
