Zoll AED Plus Semi-Automatic Defibrillator

The ZOLL AED Plus Semi-autoamtic Defibrillator combines shock delivery with real-time cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) feedback to guide the responder throughout an emergency. Visual and voice prompts provide step-by-step instructions, while a built-in metronome supports the correct rate of chest compressions. 

Designed for straightforward operation, this AED also features an LCD screen, automatic self-testing and an IP55-rated casing for protection against dust and moisture.

Real-time CPR feedback

The ZOLL AED Plus features Real CPR Help®, providing real-time feedback on the depth and rate of chest compressions.

CPR-D-padz® incorporate a central CPR sensor that monitors chest compressions. Audio and visual prompts tell the responder when to push harder and provide positive feedback when effective compressions are being delivered.

Visual and voice guidance

Clear voice prompts guide the responder through each stage of the rescue process, supported by visual pictograms and LED indicators on the unit.

An LCD screen provides additional written information, giving responders several forms of guidance throughout use.

Built-in CPR metronome

The integrated metronome provides guidance on chest compression rate, supporting the responder while performing CPR.

Combined with real-time compression feedback, this provides ongoing assistance rather than focusing solely on defibrillation.

Semi-automatic shock delivery

The semi-automatic ZOLL AED Plus analyses the patient's heart rhythm to determine whether defibrillation is required.

When a shockable rhythm is detected, the defibrillator instructs the responder to press the flashing shock button to deliver treatment.

Long-life battery and electrode pads

The ZOLL AED Plus uses CPR-D-padz® with a five-year shelf life, reducing the frequency of routine electrode replacement.

Its lithium batteries also provide a five-year standby life under specified conditions, helping simplify ongoing AED maintenance.

Robust IP55-rated design

With an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP55, the AED Plus provides a high level of resistance against dust and moisture.

Its robust construction makes the defibrillator suitable for use across a wide range of professional, workplace and public environments.
