It also meets the manufacturer's stated requirements of the Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1973, supporting compliant controlled drug storage when correctly installed and used in accordance with applicable regulations.

Secure Lockable Medication Cabinet

The HECDC1020 features a single-point locking system designed to restrict unauthorised access to stored medication.

The cabinet incorporates a BS3621 key-retaining cylinder lock with anti-pick and anti-drill protection. Three keys are supplied as standard.

The key-retaining mechanism prevents the key from being removed while the cabinet door is open, helping healthcare professionals manage access to controlled drugs.

Wall fixings are supplied for installation, and the cabinet should be securely mounted by a competent person.
