Designed for dispensing in a care home, this HECT650 Original Packaging Medication Trolley is built to a very robust design and will withstand the rigours of a long medicine round. Two braked and two un-braked swivel castors allow easy steering of the trolley through narrow doorways and corridors.

What to Look for When Choosing Medication Trolleys

• Castors: Medical anti-static castors are used, all of which have bumpers and are braked. They are fitted in place with shake-proof washers and bolted to a reinforced base, ensuring they can handle the abuse of a care home round.
• Hinges: Stainless steel fire door hinges are used on the doors. Doors often carry liquids, etc. that are heavy – this won't be a problem.
• Locks: The same lock is used on this medication trolley as on controlled drugs cabinets, ensuring it is strong and reliable. The extended base protects the key when it's left in the lock.
