The DefibSafe 2 Heated Cabinet provides a secure, weatherproof solution for storing both a defibrillator (AED) and a life-saving bleed control kit, ensuring immediate access when every second counts.

The cabinets exterior is made from polyethylene making it both corrosion and impact resistant. The door is  made from polycarbonate which is the same material used to construct riot shields giving additional protection from vandalism.

The DefibSafe 2 is the only external defibrillator cabinet in the UK market that has IP66 certification, protecting the defibrillator from the harshest of weather conditions. 

Each cabinet has its own unique location code which ensures that help in an emergency can be sent straight to the location of the cabinet and a 999 call operator can pin point the location of the defibrillator.

Combined AED & Bleed Control Storage

The cabinet is configured to provide dedicated space for both:

• A defibrillator (AED)
• A bleed control kit

Combining both emergency-response products in a single location can be particularly useful at public-access sites where rapid access to equipment for both cardiac arrest and severe bleeding incidents is required.

Defibrillator and bleed control kit are sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

Heated Outdoor AED Protection

The cabinet uses the same temperature-control system as the DefibSafe 2.

The metal floor is heated from below and warm air is circulated within the cabinet when required. The system is designed to maintain the internal temperature above 5°C, with an override sensor helping prevent excessive heating.

This provides suitable heated storage for a compatible AED installed outdoors.
