With a 29-litre net capacity and a self-closing Solid Door, this CoolMed CMS29 Small Medical Fridge is ideally suited for storing and shielding light-sensitive medication, vaccines and samples across a range of medical settings, including pharmacies, care homes, doctors’ offices, veterinary clinics and hospitals.

Easy installation

Perfect for smaller locations, on countertops or for cases where only a few products need critical support, this compact medical refrigerator is fitted with a 2-metre plug for ease of installation. It has adjustable feet for stability, and brackets are fitted to the rear of the product, enabling wall-mounting if required. 

Stable temperatures for optimal safety

Equipped with R600a environmentally friendly refrigerant, this small medical fridge records minimum and maximum temperatures when plugged into the power source. However, it will continue to operate if this fails by running on the batteries installed in the panel on the side of the cabinet. 

It defrosts automatically, and the temperature range is 2°C to 8°C, stabilised by our high-quality temperature sensor, which keeps the internal temperature even and stable. 

The LED display controller can be easily set to your required temperature. 

Alarms & security for your peace of mind

If the temperature drops below or rises above the set level, an audible alarm will sound. Similarly, the alarm will sound if the door is accidentally left open or is not shut properly. 

With 2 keys provided, the Solid Door is lockable and self-closing as standard, reducing the risk of leaving the door open and giving you peace of mind that your medicines, samples and vaccines will always be stored correctly.

Interior & LED lighting for visibility & hygiene

The interior of the cabinet is painted aluminium, and there are adjustable, plastic-coated wire shelves for ease of cleaning.  A bright, energy-efficient LED strip lamp gives clear illumination to the interior.
