The CoolMed CMRTSS125 is a 145-litre room temperature storage cabinet designed to provide controlled storage for medicines and other temperature-sensitive products that do not require refrigeration. Its compact design makes it suitable for GP surgeries, pharmacies, clinics and other healthcare environments where space is limited.

The cabinet maintains an internal temperature between 15°C and 25°C using a built-in temperature probe and external digital controller. Automatic temperature monitoring and battery back-up help provide continued monitoring during a power failure, while audible and visual alarms alert you to temperature deviations and an open door.

Compact storage for healthcare environments

With a 145-litre net capacity, the CMRTSS125 provides useful storage space while maintaining a compact footprint. Its design allows it to be positioned under a worktop or used as a freestanding cabinet, making it practical for smaller clinical environments.

The solid door also provides secure, enclosed storage and helps prevent the interior contents from being exposed to light. The door is lockable and supplied with two keys for controlled access.

Stable 15–25°C temperature control

The CMRTSS125 is designed specifically for room temperature storage, maintaining an internal temperature range of 15–25°C. A built-in temperature probe monitors the internal conditions and helps maintain a stable temperature throughout the cabinet.

The external digital controller allows you to view and adjust the temperature without opening the door. Minimum and maximum temperatures are automatically recorded when the cabinet is connected to mains power.

Monitoring, alarms & battery back-up

Continuous 24/7 temperature data logging provides ongoing monitoring of the cabinet's internal conditions. The battery back-up allows temperature monitoring to continue in the event of a power failure.

Audible and visual alarms provide additional protection by alerting you when the temperature moves outside the set range. An alarm also sounds if the door is left open or is not properly closed.

Easy-to-clean interior & flexible storage

The interior features a painted aluminium finish with plastic-coated wire shelves, providing a practical surface that is easy to clean. Multiple shelf positions allow you to arrange the available storage space according to your requirements.

An energy-efficient LED light illuminates the cabinet interior, making it easier to identify stored products without needing additional lighting.

Installation & security

Automatic defrosting reduces routine maintenance, while adjustable feet help keep the cabinet stable on uneven surfaces. A 2-metre power cable provides flexibility when positioning the unit.

The solid door is fitted with a lock and supplied with two keys, helping you control access to stored medicines and other products.
