We know that delivery is rarely simple, however, with Seal Medical, it is!

  • £8.50 + VAT delivery on orders under £99.99 + VAT subject to terms below

We only deliver to UK mainland and all standard products are estimated to be delivered within 1-2 working days.*Given recent challenges relating to COVID 19, Brexit and broader supply chain challenges your item may be impacted in terms of lead time so please enquire with our team below.

Special purchase items will be ordered in for yourself, sometimes these do have an extended lead time and may be subject to additional return cost.

Please note: Some larger items, like fridges or treatment couches, may take longer than 5 working days to arrive. If so, we will let you know.

Please note large items such as treatment couches will incur postal charges  due to them being non standard items. Please contact the team as advised.

Next Day Delivery

We advise that all items are ordered in plenty of time prior to them being required given the nature of supply chains, we are however proud to offer next day delivery with some products.

Next day delivery terms and conditions will be specified in relation to the specific item purchased where applicable, (Eg. Order before a specified hour).

However all next day delivery is subject to delay outside of our control. Whilst Seal Medical and partners shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make next day deliveries in a commercially reasonable manner. Delivery dates and estimates are, however, not guaranteed. We therefore disclaim any liability or responsibility, and the Buyer shall hold Seal Medical harmless, for the late or non-delivery of Product. Buyer has no right to delay or defer delivery or acceptance.

Returns

If you are ordering from Seal Medical Supplies LTD for your own use (for a non-commercial purpose) then the Consumer Contract Regulations apply. 

 If you are ordering from Seal Medical Supplies LTD for a business (for a commercial purpose) then the Business To Business Terms & Conditions apply.

Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. If any Goods are returned, the Goods must be unused and in original packaging and fit for resale. Returns will only be accepted with prior written permission of the Company. This must be obtained within 10 working days of date of delivery.

In the event of Customer not being entirely satisfied with any goods received, notification must be made to Seal Medical Supplies LTD. Failure to do so will result in credit/refunds not being issued.

Items made to Customer's own specification or  that have been specifically ordered will not be accepted for return unless faulty. Unless agreed with supplier such returns are subject to any charges and transit costs imposed by suppliers.

the Company accepts no responsibility for goods lost during transit when returning the product to ourselves.

no replacements are available whilst goods are exchanged, replaced or repaired.

goods will not be acceptable for return if they have been relabelled or used in any way, or if any tamper evident seals have been broken. A returns note also needs to be provided by the customer in connection with all returns of non-faulty goods.

temperature controlled and pharmaceutical items will be accepted to correct defects and delivery errors only. In such cases the goods must be stored according to Manufacturers instructions.

Non-faulty goods are potentially accepted back  at the sole discretion of the Company and will be subject to a handling charge of minimum 25-30% of the net invoice value or a minimum charge of £15, whichever is the greater, plus postage payable by the customer.

All prices on our website are displayed on an “invitation to treat” basis- if a product is ordered (and the price is incorrect) we are not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price. The order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed.

If there is a problem with the payment (if your bank declines the payment, there are security concerns etc) we will contact you to advise. We reserve the right to decline an order or payment- we can also insist that an order is only sent to the registered address of the payment card.

Business To Business Terms & Conditions

When ordering from Seal Medical  for commercial purposes, the Consumer Contract Regulations do not apply.

Please also note on occasion there may be lines that are non returnable subject to manufacturer and supplier discretion. Where an item is non returnable the customer will be made aware at point of sale due to its specificity. Seal Medical do not accept liability where this is the case or a dispute arises if the customer wishes to return based on third party supplier terms.
