The BD Alaris™ neXus PK is a Wi-Fi enabled TCI syringe pump designed for precise, effective IV anaesthesia in both adults and children, including bariatric patients. Built on the trusted BD Alaris™ neXus platform, it combines advanced drug modelling with intuitive operation to support anaesthesia teams in even the most demanding theatre environments.

The neXus PK delivers a complete target controlled infusion solution across four modes of operation — continuous infusion, TIVA, TIVA with TCI predictions, and full TCI mode. It features a broad range of pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) drug models, including the Eleveld Propofol and Eleveld Remifentanil models — the only TCI models capable of PD effect site target steering for children. Patent-pending medication safety technology automatically adjusts default height and weight settings based on the patient's age at setup, significantly reducing the risk of programming errors. A large, clear display shows all critical infusion data at a glance, and Wi-Fi connectivity enables wireless data transfer to hospital information systems without interrupting active infusions.
