The Sunflower Fusion Phlebotomy Treatment Couch - Electric with Tilt is designed for phlebotomy, examinations and other clinical procedures where flexible patient positioning is required. Electric height adjustment is combined with powered back and foot sections, allowing healthcare professionals to adjust the couch to suit the patient and procedure.
This Sun-FPHBE3 model also features a tilting seat with Trendelenburg positioning, providing an additional positioning option compared with the standard electric Fusion Phlebotomy Couch.
Electric height, back and foot adjustment
Electric height adjustment provides a working height range of 46cm to 98cm, helping clinicians achieve a suitable working position.
The back and foot sections are also electrically operated, providing convenient control over patient positioning without requiring manual gas-assisted adjustment.
Tilting seat and Trendelenburg positioning
A key feature of the Sun-FPHBE3 is its electrically operated tilting seat. The couch provides up to -20° Trendelenburg positioning, allowing the patient to be positioned with the head lower than the feet when required.
This also allows the chair to be positioned head down and feet up for patient recovery in emergency situations.
Designed for phlebotomy procedures
Two fully adjustable phlebotomy arms are supplied as standard, providing dedicated arm support during blood collection and related procedures.
The phlebotomy arms can be easily removed, allowing the chair to be used as a standard drop-end treatment couch and increasing its versatility within busy clinical environments.
Comfortable patient positioning
The couch features 65mm deep contoured upholstery with double-layer density foam to provide support and comfort during procedures.
Anti-bacterial and anti-microbial vinyl provides a practical wipe-clean surface, making the couch suitable for regular use in GP surgeries, hospitals, clinics, phlebotomy departments and other healthcare environments.
Practical clinical design
Retractable positioning castors make the couch easier to reposition when required, while an adjustable-height levelling foot provides additional stability.
The couch also provides 13cm of hoist clearance and includes a paper roll holder as standard.
