The Medi-Plinth BAC06E Electric Podiatry Chair is designed for professional foot care, podiatry examinations and chiropody treatments. Featuring a 260kg safe working load (SWL), electric height adjustment and independently adjustable leg sections, it provides flexible patient positioning and convenient access for practitioners.

Supplied with Mid Blue upholstery, this electric podiatry chair combines a supportive high backrest, adjustable armrests and an extra-low entry height to accommodate a range of clinical requirements.

Electric height adjustment

The chair features electric height adjustment from 46cm to 91cm, allowing practitioners to establish a suitable working height for different podiatry procedures.

A high-reliability LINAK actuator operates the electric elevation system, providing controlled height adjustment during regular clinical use.

The low entry height also supports easier patient access, including transfers from wheelchairs.

Divided leg sections and adjustable footrests

The divided leg design allows each leg to be positioned separately, providing practitioners with improved access during foot examinations and treatment.

Extending footrests accommodate different patient positioning requirements, while the foot sections can be lowered to -85°.

This configuration is particularly useful for podiatry and chiropody procedures requiring access to individual feet and lower limbs.

Supportive backrest and adjustable armrests

A high backrest provides support for patients during seated examinations and treatment.

The gas spring-assisted backrest adjusts from -20° to +85°, allowing patients to be positioned according to the procedure.

Adjustable armrests provide additional support when patients are seated or transferring onto the chair.

This model is supplied exclusively with Mid Blue upholstery, providing a professional finish for podiatry clinics and treatment rooms.

The upholstery features antibacterial protection, including resistance to methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

Bio-Pruf treatment helps resist mould, mildew and odour-causing bacteria, while the fire-retardant vinyl is designed for regular use in clinical environments.

Retractable rubber castors allow the podiatry chair to be repositioned within the treatment room when required.
