The Seers Medicare 2 Section Electric Bariatric Treatment Couch is an 80cm wide bariatric treatment couch with a safe working load (SWL) and lifting capacity of 325kg. Designed for professional bariatric patient care, it combines electric height and backrest adjustment with a choice of wheel designs.
Its two-section design, mobile hoist clearance and electrically controlled positioning make it suitable for examinations, treatments and other clinical procedures.

The couch provides a safe working load and lifting capacity of 325kg (715lbs), supporting bariatric patients during a range of clinical procedures.
Its 80cm wide upholstered treatment surface provides additional patient space while maintaining a practical configuration for professional treatment environments.
Electric height adjustment
Electric height elevation provides a working range from 45cm to 98cm. This allows healthcare professionals to adjust the treatment height according to the patient, procedure and required working position.
A hand switch is fitted as standard for convenient operation of the electric adjustment functions.
Electric backrest positioning
The electrically operated backrest adjusts from -15° to +89°, providing a broad range of patient positioning options.
This allows the upper section to move from a declined position through to an almost upright position without requiring manual backrest adjustment.
Choice of wheel designs
Choose between a retractable wheel design or a large mobile wheel design depending on your clinical requirements.
The large mobile wheel version features central locking with a steering facility, supporting controlled manoeuvring and positioning of the couch. The retractable wheel design provides an alternative for environments where occasional repositioning is required.
Designed for clinical environments
Purpose-made precision bearings are fitted to all pivot points, supporting the couch's adjustment mechanisms during regular use.
The frame features an anti-bacterial powder-coated finish, while clearance beneath the frame provides access for a mobile hoist where assisted patient handling is required.
