The Lec Medical PESR47DC Pharmacy Essential medical fridge is a compact 47-litre gross capacity refrigerator designed for the controlled storage of vaccines, medicines and other temperature-sensitive healthcare products. Its +2°C to +8°C temperature range provides dedicated refrigerated storage for professional healthcare environments.

With its compact countertop design and secure solid door, the PESR47DC is particularly suited to pharmacies, GP surgeries, clinics and other healthcare settings where space is limited.

Reliable +2°C to +8°C temperature control

The PESR47DC maintains a controlled internal temperature between +2°C and +8°C. An integrated air temperature probe monitors conditions inside the refrigerator, while an axial fan circulates cooled air throughout the cabinet.

The external digital controller provides clear temperature information without requiring the refrigerator door to be opened. Automatic off-cycle defrosting also supports straightforward day-to-day operation.

Temperature monitoring and alarms

The external digital controller allows users to monitor the internal temperature and access minimum and maximum temperature readings during routine checks.

Audible and visual temperature alarms provide a clear warning if the temperature moves outside the required range. An open-door sensor provides an additional alert if the solid door is accidentally left open, helping users identify potential storage issues.

Remote alarm contacts are also provided for connection to a compatible external monitoring system where required.

Compact countertop refrigeration

With a 47-litre gross capacity and compact dimensions of 565 x 475 x 445 mm (H x W x D), the PESR47DC provides dedicated medical refrigeration without taking up excessive space.

The refrigerator has a 35-litre net capacity and includes one adjustable white polythene-coated wire shelf with three shelf positions and a wire basket, allowing the internal space to be organised according to requirements.

The PESR47DC features a solid hinged door with a key-operated lock and two keys, helping to control access to stored medicines and vaccines.

The door is reversible, providing greater flexibility when positioning the refrigerator within your available space. An anti-microbial handle supports hygiene in frequently used healthcare environments.

Designed for professional healthcare environments

Two adjustable front feet help position the refrigerator securely on a countertop or suitable surface. A 16mm rear porthole also allows a secondary temperature monitoring probe to be introduced into the cabinet where required.
