Installation, Training & Support

The health monitor is supplied with professional installation and support from the manufacturer’s UK-based service engineering team. Their engineers will manage delivery, installation and staff training, with ongoing after-sales service and technical support available throughout the life of the equipment.

12-Month Manufacturer Warranty

All health monitors are supplied with a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer’s warranty as standard, covering call-outs, parts and labour, as well as an annual service and calibration.

For additional peace of mind, the warranty can be extended at the time of purchase by a further 4 years, providing 5 years of warranty cover in total.

Warranty & Maintenance

The manufacturer’s warranty and maintenance package includes:

• Call-outs, parts and labour
  
• Annual servicing and calibration
  
• 1 x BP cuff supplied free of charge per year of the maintenance contract
  
• 1 x printer supplied free of charge per year of the maintenance contract
  
• Touchscreen guaranteed for 5 years (parts and labour), subject to Microsoft updates

Warranty Exclusions

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, vandalism or physical damage. Damage to the printer caused by using incorrect paper or consumables is also excluded.

Physical damage to the printer or BP cuff is not covered under the warranty.
